ACTNO. 8266 BILL NO. 33-0153 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act amending the Virgin Islands Code. title 20, part 1, chapter 1. section 1, relating to the maintenance and safety of public roads, to require the Commissioner of Public Works to erect “Keep Left” signs; amending title 20, chapter 38, section 424. relating to the regulation of the car rental business, to require car rental businesses to place “Keep Lefi” signage and public information materials in every rental vehicle: and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 20, part I, chapter 1, section 1 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended in the following instances: (a) Subsection (a) is amended by striking the word “handrails” and insert “guardrails” in its stead: and (b) Subsection (e) is amended: I) after the word “information” by inserting the word “and”: and (2) at the end of the subsection by inserting “and to drive and keep left”.” SECTION 2.
