GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Comunission IN RE: Docket No. 556 THE VIRGIN ISLAND TELEPHONE COMPANYS’ Order No. 75/201 6 PETITION FOR RECERTIFICATION OF THE UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND DOCKET SPECIFIC ASSESSMENT ORDER By action taken in the noticed meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on Tuesday August 23, 2016, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 25, of the Virgin Islands Code, the following assessment is made to the Virgin Islands Telephone Company: Docket Description Amount No. 556 VITELCO — Petition for Recertification of $ 422.00 Universal Service Fund Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
