The female stated that during the assault, she was strangled numerous times, to the point that she was unable to breathe. She also added that while Mr. Andre was strangling her, he repeatedly told her that he will kill her in the presence of her infant son, who was laying on the bed during the assault. The female did not report the assault immediately because she was in fear for her safety and her family's safety due to threats that Mr. Andre made to her. Eventually, she overcame her fears and decided to report the assault after a series of incidents in which Mr. Andre continued to harass, taunt, and slander her name. On Saturday, October 7, 2023, Mr. Earl Andre, age 22, was arrested and charged with Assault Second-DV and as per the domestic violence statue, no bail was issued. He was processed and subsequently transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending advised of rights hearing. ###
