ACTNO, 7776 BILL NO. 31-0229 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending Act No. 7342 and Act No. 7501 relating to the mandatory, statutory balance in the Insurance Guaranty Fund providing for a two-year sunset clause on the provision that reduced the mandatory statutory balance of the Insurance Guaranty Fund o--0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7342, section 2, subsection (b) is amended by striking “2015” and inserting “2017”. SECTION 2.
