ACTNO. 8179 BILL NO. 33-0073 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act amending Official Zoning Map. No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John for Parcel No. 285 Estate Contant & Enighed, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands from R-4 (Residential- Medium Density) to B-1 (Business-Central Business District) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, subchapter I, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 285 Estate Contant & Enighed, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of 5,242 square feet, as described on the Measure Brief certified by the Cadastral Division of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on September 3, 2018, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-1 (Business-Central Business District). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 14, 2019. …
