ACT NO.6603 BILL NO. 25-0076 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Parcel No. 33-139 Estate Nadir, No. 2 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas from R- 2 (Residential - Low Density, One and Two Family) to S (Special) and Parcel Nos. 178- 230 & 178-231, and a portion of No. 178 Remainder Estate Altona & Welgunst, Kronprindsen Quarter, St. Thomas from R-4 (Residential - Medium Density) to S (Special) ---(--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map Nos. STZ-10 and STZ-11 for the island of St. Thomas are amended by changing the zoning designations of Parcel No. 33-139 Estate Nadir, No. 2 Red Hook Quarter, consisting of approximately 0.908 U.S. acres, as shown on OLG D9- 7025-T002, from R-2 (Residential —- Low Density, One and Two Family) to S (Special) and Parcel Nos. 178-230 and 178-231 Estate Altona & Welgunst, Kronprindsen Quarter, consisting of approximately 8,246 sq. ft. and 8,294 sq. …
