In this role, my primary duty would be to serve the public with integrity, independence, and sound judgment. I know that conflicts are not limited to actual bias, but also include situations where the perception of undue influence may exist, as such perceptions can erode public trust. 28. Short-term priorities: 1. Improve grid reliability through disciplined maintenance, outage management, and performance tracking. 2. Enhance customer service with transparent, timely updates on outage disruptions, billing, and service issues. Strengthen financial controls and vendor management across operations Conduct an operational review of procurement practices to identify cost and efficiency opportunities across fuel, equipment and distribution systems. fe oe Fangs objectives: 1.
