N conformity with Section 22 of the Colonial Law of 6th Acril 1906, all in- _habitants of the town of Christiansted, Virgin Islands of the United States, who consider that they have had a clear an- nual income of Francs 1500, in the pass year Ist January to 3lst [ecember, 1921, and that they are otherwise entitled to vote in accordance with Section 18 of the Colonial Law, or that they will atrain the right to vote before the 3lst March 1923, are herzby requested to submit information thereof in writing to the undersigned Chairman of the Board of Election, before inhe end of this month.
