ACTNO. 7819 BILL NO. 31-0285 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending Official Zoning Map STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, rezoning Parcel No. 5-2 Estate Raphune, No.5Ba New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) o--0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 5-2 Estate Raphune, No. 5Ba New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of .25 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No. F9-3404-T75, dated October 29, 1975, from R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
