BILL NO. 29-0400 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act appropriating $13,000,000 from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund to the Department of Finance as contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands for fiscal year beginning October 1, 2012 and ending September 30, 2013.
