March 18 Renomination Highlights Judge Gallivan’s Unwavering Dedication to Justice and the People of the Virgin Islands U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – Governor Albert Bryan Jr. has reaffirmed his confidence in the Honorable Jessica Gallivan’s exemplary judicial service by renominating her to continue serving as a Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands for the District of St. Croix. The renomination, which has been formally submitted to Senate President Milton E. Potter and the Thirty-Sixth Legislature, seeks legislative confirmation for another six-year term under Title 4, Chapter 5, Section 72 of the Virgin Islands Code.
