Alien Environmental Planner I Department of Planning and Natural Resources Division of Permits Suite 231, Nisky Center St. Thomas, USVI 00802 Re: Phase II Field Activities at Tutu Wells Site Dear Ms Alien: In order to expedite your approval of the Phase II Earth Change Permit Amendment application for the Tutu Wells Site Phase II field activities, I am informing you that EPA had met with Geraghty & Miller, consultant to the TEIC on January 21, 1994 to discuss EPA's draft comments. Basically, EPA agrees with all the monitoring wells locations and soil gas survey at the LAGA property. EPA will send a letter to Ms. Anna Gloria Ramos, TEIC coordinator on the approval of the workplan within the next few days. Meanwhile, this letter is to inform you in advance so your office can approve the Earth Change amendment application submitted by Geraghty & Miller. Please call me if you have any questions.
