ACT NO.663 1 BILL NO. 25-0123 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To suspend the operation of title 33, chapter 111, section 3087 Virgin Islands Code, “The St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund” ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The operation of title 33 V.I.C. §3087 (c), relating to the annual $2,000,000 appropriation from the Internal Matching Fund to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund, is suspended for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2003, and ending September 30, 2004. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 24, 2003.
