V. BILL NO. Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands An act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ- I for the island of St. John rezoning Parcel 15 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter. St. John from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to R-3 (Residential-Low Density) PROPOSED BY: Senator Milton E. Poller, by Request of the Governor I Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: 2 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 3 Zoning Map No. SJZ-t for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning 4 designation of Parcel 15 Estate Susannaberg. No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting 5 of 2.967 U.S. acres, as described on Survey Drawing No. A9-59 1 -T002, from R-4 (Residential- 6 Medium Density) to R-3 (Residential-Low Density). 7 BILL SUMMARY 8 This bill rezones Parcel 15 Estate Susannaberg, No. I 7A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from 9 R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to R-3 (Residential-Low Densily). 10 BR26-lO2SIMarch 10, 2026/CBM 11 636-053
