BILL ‘NO. 2 A fe fr 2460 9-0446 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act to approve the re-programming of funds from certain previously approved Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects ---0--- WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4(b)(2)(x) of Act No. 6973 the Government of the Virgin Islands authorized the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority to administer the Community Development Block Grant (“CDGB”) Program provided for under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; and WHEREAS, the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority has adopted a Resolution approving re-programming of funding for certain projects for the 2011 funding year; Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. …
