ACT NO. 68°76 BILL NO. 26-0285 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act appropriating the sum of $5,000,000 from the interest earned on Debt Service Reserves as a contribution to the Géneral Fund and to amend Act No. 6793 reiating to | extending the availability of certain appropriated funds ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of $5,000,000 is ~ appropriated in fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, from the interest earned on debt service reserves as a contribution to the General Fund. SECTION 2. Act No. 6793 (Bill No. 26-0148) SECTION 34 is amended by adding subsection (c) to read as follows: “(c) The sums appropriated in subsections (a) and (b) remain available until expended”.
