Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. STATE INFRASTRUCTURE BANK PROGRAM. 3 Section 350(l)(4) of the National Highway System 4 Designation Act of 1995 (23 U.S.C. 101 note; 109 Stat. 5 2 •HR 1561 IH 622) is amended by striking ‘‘section 101’’ and inserting 1 ‘‘section 401’’. 2 SEC. 2. CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN ACCESS AND DEVEL- 3 OPMENT ROADS. 4 Section 118(f) of title 23, United States Code, is 5 amended by striking ‘‘and the Commonwealth of Puerto 6 Rico’’ and inserting ‘‘, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, 7 the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Com- 8 monwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands’’. 9 Æ
