ACT NO. 7493 BILL NO. 30-0086 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act granting Plot No. 32-K Estate La Grande Princesse, Company Quarter, St. Croix a use variance from the R-3 zoning designation ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, subchapter 1, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a variance is granted from the uses allowed in the R-3 (Residential Medium Density) zoning designation for Plot No. 32-K Estate La Grande Princesse, Company Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of .4464 US. acres, as shown on OLG Drawing No. 975 dated October 4, 1960, to allow for a mobile food trailer to remain stationary, operation of a restaurant and bar and the construction of new restrooms. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on June 28, 2013.
