Debra either puts it on her extensive to-do list or decides that she will not be able to fulfill the request (i.e. no server space, insufficient license or no money for licenses) Debra responds to request in writing (i.e., "we will Install paradox next week on calypso" or "sorry, but we are unable to install that software do to X).") Process takes about two weeks (I’m not sure about the time frame). Menu Addition Procedure STX Ask Charlie (who checks with Theresa) or Theresa.
