The conviction is based on her 2012 withdrawals of over $421,000.00 in funds from her Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) account that was restrained by a Virgin Islands Superior Court order. The funds were the forfeitable proceeds of the Embezzlement and Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (CICO) charges pending against her husband, Rodney Miller, Sr., former Chief Executive Officer of the Roy Lester Schneider Hospital. …
