DANNY EMMANUEL DENNEVIL, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) Case No. 3:24-cr-0023 ) ) ) ) ) ORDER THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge dated November 12, 2024, ECF No. 24, recommending that the Defendant’s plea of guilty to Counts One and Two of the Indictment, a violation of Title 8, United States Code, Sections 1324(a)(1)(A)(i) and (a)(1)(B)(i), be accepted, and the defendant be adjudged guilty. R. Crim.
