The arrests are as follows: Shaheid Maynard and Michael Fahie At approximately 7:30 p.m., members of Operation Rewind Task Force were on Bolongo Bay Road in the vicinity of the dumpsters, when officers initiated a traffic stop of a Honda CRV-EX, orange in color due to the front windshield tint below the AS1 Line. The arrests are as follows: Shaheid Maynard and Michael Fahie At approximately 7:30 p.m., members of Operation Rewind Task Force were on Bolongo Bay Road in the vicinity of the dumpsters, when officers initiated a traffic stop of a Honda CRV-EX, orange in color due to the front windshield tint below the AS1 Line. Officers approached the driver’s side of the vehicle and immediately detected the odor of marijuana. A search was conducted of the vehicle and two unlicensed firearms were recovered. The occupants of the vehicle did not have a license to carry a firearm. Mr. Shaheid Maynard, age 26, and Michael S. Fahie, age 33, were both placed under arrest for Constructive Possession of Unlicensed Firearms and their bail was set at $75,000.00. Unable to post bail both suspects were remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending their Advise of Rights Hearing. Arkim Clersaint At approximately 10:00 p.m., while on Rhymer Highway in the vicinity of Price Smart, officers initiated a traffic stop of a maroon in color, Acura TSX due to numerous traffic violations which included the front windshield tint below the AS1 Line, no bumper on the front of the vehicle and the driver was not wearing a seat belt. Officers approached the driver’s side of the vehicle, which had all the windows rolled down. The officers immediately detected the odor of marijuana and a search was conducted of the vehicle where a large quantity of marijuana was discovered. Mr. Arkim Clersaint, 24-years-old, was placed under arrest for Constructive Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (marijuana) and his bail was set at $7,500.00. Unable to post bail he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his Advise of Rights Hearing. ###
