Act No. 7064 (Bill No. 28-0029) SECTION 1, subsection (a) is amended in the first and second sentences after “Act No.7028” by inserting “, as amended by sections 1, 2 and 3 of Act No. 7060.” SECTION 2. Act No. 7064 (Bill No. 28-0029) SECTION 1, subsection (g), paragraph (1), subparagraph (C) is amended by striking all of the language after “by” and inserting “October 31, 2012. …
