ACT NO.6628 BILL NO. 25-0118 TWENTY-FIF TH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES ‘Regular Session 2003 To provide for the operating expenses of the Public Employee Relation Board and the Labor Management Committee ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to section 3066 of title 33, Virgin Islands Code, the sum of $600,000 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses in fiscal year 2004. The sum shall remain available until expended. SECTION 2. There is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to section 3066 of title 33, Virgin Islands Code, the sum of $100,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses in fiscal year 2004. The sum shall remain available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 24, 2003. …
