Eusebe a black 38-year-old male, was placed under arrest after his sister identified him as the person who strangled her, causing injuries during a verbal dispute at their family’s residence. The victim stated that several citizens in the area had to intervene by pulling Mr. Eusebe’s hands from around her throat. Mr. Eusebe turned himself into the Domestic Violence Unit after admitting to assaulting his sister on July 29, 2023. He was charged with Assault in the Second Degree (DV) and Disturbance of the Peace (DV). …
