ACT NO.6598 BILL NO. 25-0071 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Parcel No. 2-1 Estate Mariendahl, No. 4 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, from R-2 (Residential - Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business —- Scattered) .--0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 2-1 Estate Mariendahl, No. 4 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 0.282 sq. ft., as shown on PWD No. D9-5050-T91, from R-2 (Residential - Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
