Barge Walls, Culverts, Hand Rails, Water courses, ete. ete., shall commence (aceording to Par. 13 of the Road Ordin- ance of 9th June 1884) in the month of October and be completed for the general Inspection "in January month. Special attention must be given ip re- ‘pairing to use good materials and tn keep the roadway uniform and even, with a 200d. erown so as to shoot off the water - ‘quickly, and the trenches must be dug out well, with suffizient width ¢nd depth to take away quickly the water from heavy rains and same time not be dan- gerous to public traffic. All ruts and holes must be kept filled and in order.
