Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map SCZ-12 is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 303, Estate Clifton Hill, King Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately .2563 U.S. acres, as shown on DPNR Drawing No. 4568, dated July 18, 1989 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 7, 2013.
