ACTNOD. 7483 BILL NO. 30-0083 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act rezoning Parcel Nos. 20-37 Estate Smith Bay and 14-2, 14 Remainder, and 13AB Estate Frydendahl, St. Thomas from B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-9 is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel Nos. 20-37, Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3 East End Quarter and 14-12, 14 Remainder and 13AB Estate Frydendahl, No. 4 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting in the aggregate of approximately 0.704 U.S. acre, as shown on PNR Drawing No. D9-5189-T91, from B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
