ACT NO.65 49 BILL NO. 24-0270 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To provide for the lump-sum appropriation from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund, to the General Fund ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33, section 3061, Virgin Islands Code, the sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from funds available or deposited into the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund to the General Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2002, to September 30, 2003. The sum shall remain available until expended, and is appropriated as follows: FISCAL YR 2003 FUND 582000 V. I. Insurance Guarantee ORG 3100 Finance C/CNTR $58231 VIIGF Contr to General Fd 34472 Interfund Transfers (out) 5,000,000 Total C/CNTR $5823} 5,000,000 Total ORG 3100 5,000,000 Total FUND = 582000 5,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 27, 2002.
