Section 3100 relating to the “Budget Stabilization Fund --Q— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 111, Section 3100m, is amended as follows: (a) Subsection (b) is amended in paragraph (1), by striking "10,000,000" and inserting "$5,000,000" and in paragraph (2) by inserting “10% of” before “any”. SECTION 2. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3100m is amended in the following instances: (a) In subsection (c), add the following as the second sentence: "All interest gained on the monies deposited in the Fund must be expended solely for the same purposes as the principal monies deposited into the Fund"; and (b) Strike subsection (e) in its entirety, and renumber according.
