IMT 3rd QUARTER REPORT 2022 A. USE OF FORCE - Paragraphs 35, 36 and 37 During the Third Quarter of 2022, IMT reviewed 14 Use of Force cases. The IMT concluded that Paragraphs 35, 36 and 37 are not in substantial compliance. The VIPD does agree that “VIPD has the appropriate policies, practices and systems in place for compliance.” The VIPD, however, does not agree will all of the IMT’s assessments.
