ACTNO. 6868 BILL NO. 26-0332 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act providing several fiscal-year appropriations for various department and agencies and amending Acts 6775 and 6836 and for various other purposes ee | See . Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $280,000 is appropriated from the General: Fund to the Department of Health in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 to pay for the patient-mental health care services rendered, including but not limited to, the following companies: Mains’ L Florida, Inc., Atlantic Shores Hospital, and Fort Lauderdale Hospital. SECTION 2. The sum of $1,500,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, from the General Fund to the Bureau of Information Technology for the construction of infrastructure facilities and operating expenses. SECTION 3. The sum of $500,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, from the General Fund to the Department of Health to assist with the STD/HIV/TB Program Services.
