ACT NO.6650 BILL NO. 25-0163 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS EF THE UNITED STATES __ Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-8 for Parcel No. 6 Estate Pearl, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-8 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 6 Estate Pearl, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 4.5 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 4819, dated September 8, 1982, from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family).
