OCT 2 1 1993 EXPRESS MAIL Nancy D'Anna, Esq. P.O. Box 37 Cruz Bay St. John, USVI 00831 Dear Ms. D'Anna: EPA is in the process of validating the data that you submitted to EPA in August, 1993. However, the validation process can not be completed until the following questions are answered: 1. CLP SOW Volatile Analysis: The following sample result forms have a 5.0 mL sample volume, instead of the required 25.0 mL: MW01 TIC Form I, MW02DLTIC Form I, MW04 Form I, MW04DL2 Form I, and Trip Blank Form I. Please verified that 25.0 mL sample volumes were used for these samples. 2. 601/602 Volatile Analysis: How were the reported detection limits determined? If a method detection limit study was performed, submit a copy of all associated analyses and calculations. Is there any matrix spike data associated with sample DRM01?
