ACTNO. 821, BILL NO. 33-0337 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-11-17(W) issued by St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission to Kings Alley Management, Inc. ---0--- WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-11-17(W) on April 3, 2019, to Kings Alley Management, Inc.; WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-11-17(W) allows Kings Alley Management to replace the wooden decking on the 99-foot long by 10-foot wide approach bridge which has a 10-foot long by 24-foot wide "T" at the end occupying 3,850 square feet of submerged land offshore of Plot No. 57-A Kings Street, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands; WHEREAS, the Honorable Albert A.
