Title 23 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5 is amended as follows: (a) Section 451 is amended: (1) In subsection (e) by striking “subsection (d) of this section” and inserting “subsection (f)”. (2) In subsection (f) by inserting ‘zip and ghost guns and” after “including any”. (3) In subsections (j) and (k) by striking “title 23, chapter 5, section 451 (d) of this Code” and inserting “subsection (f)”. …
