Board approved the renewal of the Cooperative Service Agreement (CSA) between VIPA and USDA-APHIS Wildlife Service for Wildlife Hazard Management Services at CEKA and HERA. Board authorized the Executive Director to accept Change Order No. 4 to the existing contract between VIPA and AT Construction Solutions for the CEKA Parking & Transportation Center, in the not to exceed amount of $2,623,849.18 and an extension of six (6) months .
