BILL NO. 32-0165 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No, CZX-2-16(W) between the Government of the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources and Carden Beach Recreation Association, Inc. WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-2-16(W) to Carden Beach Recreation Association. Inc. on September 30, 2016, which the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved on February 6. 2017; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows Carden Beach Recreation Association. Inc. to replace the wooden deck on the 120-feet by 8-feet wide approach bridge. which has a 110-foot long by 9-foot wide T-head dock, and the Permit further allows Carden Beach Recreation Association, Inc.. to remove the uncolonized debris and piles from the previously installed boat lift and replace the decking and. to span the area with the missing pile cap using aluminum beams on an area located offshore of Plot No. …
