TO ; . Mr. Valdemar Thompson, U.S:N. 1his is to inform you, that I intend in- stituting a case against you for the wiliful and slanderous act committed upon my persen, on the 2nd. day ui Uct. 1919. O.T. McKAY. There is postedin the lobky of the Christiansted Post Gifice, a copy or a notice which is also being displayed at the Kingshill and WFrederiksted offices, bringing to attention of whom it may concern that a vacanecy exists in the position of Postmaster at Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, and will be filled by examination from ihe public. Parties desiring to take the examina- tion for this position should make appli- cation. in duplicate, to Post Office vlnspector W. R. Ryan, San Jua , P. R., on or before the 20th. instant, upon the prescribed blanks which can be secured from the Postmas.ers at Frederiksted or Christiansted. The examination will be held at Frederiksted, probably within the next sixty days, and each applicant will be duly notified as to the exact date some days in advance. It is open to both sexes and will eonsist only of filling out certain blanks in the presence of the Inspector or his agent, and the wor!ing of certain simple sums in addition and multiplication, together with a letter- writing test. No preparation, . other than the submittidg of the applica- tion blanks in duplicate, as abnve set forth, is necessary or advisable.
