ACTNO. 6715 BILL NO. 25-0242 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS | OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To appropriate the sum of $1,000,000 from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund to the Crisis Intervention Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005 ---0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund to the Crisis Intervention Fund, established in title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 111, section 3091, for fiscal year ending September 30, 2005. SECTION 2. Any item of appropriation contained in this Act which was expended pursuant to section 9(e) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 1575(e), shall be reduced by the sum expended for the objects and purposes of the item between October 1, 2004, and the effective date of this Act.
