Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 18-51A Estate Enighed, No. 1 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John consisting of 0.232 U.S. acres as more fully described on the Office of Lt. Governor File No. D9-6282-T97 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 9, 2001.
