We hereby authorize the EDA/GDB to obtain credit reports from whichever source it sees fit to complete its files and its review of the application for the credit facilities and to enable it to conduct its due diligence. By photocopy of this authorization, the undersigned also authorizes any party to whom EDA/GDB sends such photocopy to release any information required by EDA/GDB to complete its due diligence in this respect. …
