ACT NO. 7330 BILL NO. 29-0222 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 15 Remainder, Estate Annas Retreat No.1 New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels No. 15-1 thur 15-6 and 15 Remainder, Estate Annas Retreat, No. 1 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 3.63 U.S. acres as more adequately described on OLG Map No. D9-8374-T009 from R-1 (Residential- Low density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
