CROIX f ® s e s , Ofticial Publication | IT is with much gratification thatT | inform the people of the Vn:lgm | Islands that The Honorable, The | Secretary of the Navy, is sending an | officer of the Civil Engineer Corps | of high rank, to the Virgin Islands | for the purpose of investigating | and reporting upon the means of providing a water. supply for the | towns of St. Ihomas, Christiansted | and Frederiksted. C., on August 15, 1899, was registered in the Office of the Government Secretary of the Virgin Is'ands of the United States on Mareh 29, 1920, has assigned all its assets, business, good will thereof, letters pa- tent, trademarks. registrations, applica- tions therefor, copyrights and recorded claims thereto, on April 1, 1920, to The Locomobile Cempany, a eccrporation of Delaware, instrument dated July 21, 1921, and recorded in the United Stutes Patent Office on August 9, 1921; and ihat the said The Locomobile Cempany, ecor- poration oi Delaware, by its trustee in bankruptey, on October 27, 1922, trans- ferred to Locomobile Company of Ame- rica, Incorporated, a corporation of New iork, 1819 Broadway, New York, N.
