ACT NO. 6853 BILL NO. 26-0271 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for Plot No. 140-F Estate St Georges, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.I.C., chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 140-F Estate St. Georges, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 1.4669 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Drawing 5437, dated April 25, 2003, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
