ACTNO. 8246 BILL NO. 33-0237 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act amending Act No. 8245 (Bill No. 33-0 157) relating to the Fiscal Year 2020 budget; and making an appropriation of $6,000,000 to the Department of Finance to pay the debt owed by the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority to its propane supplier, Vitol Virgin Islands Corp; and for other related purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 8245 (Bill No. 33-0157), Section 1 is amended in the following instances: (a) Subsection D, Office of Management and Budget, is amended (1) in the line item, Funding for Additional Vacancies, by striking “$3,000,000” and inserting “52,000,000”; and (2) in TOTAL ORG. 210 OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET by striking “$22,475,440” and inserting “$2 1,475,440”. …
