Potter, in his capacity as Commissioner of Insurance to provide notification and guidance on reporting requirements relating to the impact of Hurricanes Irma and Maria on the Territory of the United States Virgin Islands. As many of the insurance companies were unable to submit the requested information due to a glitch in accessing the email, the deadline to submit the requested Data Call report has been extended from Friday, November 17, 2017 to Tuesday, November 21, 2017. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact the Division immediately if your company (or group) is unable to comply with the requirements of this data call. Questions regarding this Bulletin may be directed to the Division of Banking, Insurance and Financial Regulation by calling (340) 774-7166 on the Island of St. Thomas or (340) 773- 6459 on the Island of St. Croix.
