ACTNO, 7170 BILL NO. 28-0170 TWENTY-EIGHT LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act rezoning Parcel No. 28-5 and Parcel No. 28-6 Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas from A-1 (Agriculture Zone) to I-1 (Heavy Industry) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, District Zoning Map STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel 28-5 Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of 15.5499 U.S. acres as more adequately described on OLG Map No. D9-7793-T006 and Parcel No. 28-6 Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of 7.368 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Map No. A9-694-T006, from A-1 (Agriculture Zone) and to I-1 (Heavy Industry).
