Treat each party and counsel with respect and empathy. d.) Practice patience, open-mindedness, courtesy, compassion, humility and common sense. e.) Render judgments that are fair, impartial and just. f.) Ensure that trials and hearings are fair, and supported by the law; correctly interpret the law and research and evaluate prior Court decisions. g.) Make decisions, and judgments that are fair, reasonable and transparent to both sides of a case. h.) Start proceeding on time and consider the human factors that affect each litigant. i.)
