The matter is still pending before the Superior Court. Sister Patricia et al v. WAPA, et al and Pedro Williams PSC Commissioner, in his official capacity. Plainitff filed a complaint for Due Process Violation and Damages, where | am named in my official capacity as Chairman of the PSC. This matter relates to WAPA's AMI System and alleged failures. 33. Adopt and develop a judicial temperament that includes the ability to apply the law to the facts and to understand how judicial decisions affect the persons appearing before the Court. c.) Treat each party and counsel with respect and empathy. d.) Practice patience, open-mindedness, courtesy, compassion, humility and common sense. e.) Render judgments that are fair, impartial and just. f.) Ensure that trials and hearings are fair, and supported by the law; correctly interpret the law and research and evaluate prior Court decisions. g.)
